Order & Shipping
Where does ThyHearts ship?
At this time, Thy Hearts ships within the United States, excluding Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.
Fine fragrance contains alcohol and may be subject to carrier restrictions. We look forward to making Thy Hearts available to more places in the future.
When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared with care in the order they are received. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. After your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order is on its way.
How much is shipping?
We currently offer complimentary shipping on all eligible U.S. orders.
Cancellations & Returns
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at contact@thyhearts.com. We will do our best to assist before your order has been processed. Once an order has been prepared or shipped, we may no longer be able to make changes.
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of fragrance, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges once the order has been shipped. If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us at contact@thyhearts.com, and we will promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
What if I received the wrong item or a defective product?
Please contact us at contact@thyhearts.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
If your item is incorrect, damaged, or defective, we will review your request and help make it right.
Can I return a fragrance because I do not like the scent?
We are unable to accept returns based on scent preference once an order has been fulfilled. We encourage you to review the notes and description carefully before placing your order. Fragrance is personal, so if the scent is not quite right for you, we hope it may still be shared with someone who will love it.

Where are Thy Hearts fragrances made?
Thy Hearts fragrances are made and filled in the United States, with ingredients and materials sourced from the most respected partners around the world in the industry.
Who made your perfumes?
ThyHearts fragrances are developed in partnership with Robertet, a fragrance house known for its long-standing expertise in natural raw materials. Our debut fragrance, “If You Only Knew” was composed with perfumer Jérôme Epinette.
Are Thy Hearts fragrances for women or men?
ThyHearts fragrances are not defined by gender.
What size is the fragrance?
At this time, ThyHearts fragrances are offered in one size: 50ml Eau de Parfum.
What does Eau de Parfum mean?
Eau de Parfum refers to a fragrance concentration designed for lasting wear, while still feeling suitable for everyday use. Thy Hearts Eau de Parfum is formulated with 20% fragrance concentrate, created to wear close to the skin and soften gradually over time.
Will samples be available?
Samples or discovery formats may be introduced in the future.
Use & Care
How should I store my fragrance?
Store your fragrance away from direct sunlight, heat, and humidity. We recommend keeping it in a cool, dry place, ideally in its box.
How many sprays are recommended?
This depends on your preference and how close you would like the fragrance to feel.
Our first fragrance, If You Only Knew, is designed to wear softly and close to the skin. A few sprays are enough for a subtle impression, while additional sprays may create a more lasting presence.
How long will the fragrance last on skin?
Longevity varies depending on skin, climate, and application. In early wear tests, Thy Hearts fragrances have lasted approximately 6–9 hours, softening gradually and staying close to the skin over time.
Can I spray fragrance on clothing?
Fragrance may be sprayed lightly onto clothing from a distance. We recommend taking care with delicate, light-colored, or silk fabrics, especially when wearing fragrances with a deeper hue. Scent may last longer on fabric than on skin.

Are ThyHearts products tested on animals?
ThyHearts does not test finished products on animals.
Are ThyHearts fragrances vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes. ThyHearts fragrances are vegan and cruelty-free. We do not use animal-derived ingredients, animal by-products, or animal derivatives, and our fragrances are not tested on animals at any stage of development.
Are your fragrances clean?

What if I have sensitive skin?
If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list before use and testing a small amount first.
Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Can I send Thy Hearts as a gift?
Yes. Please make sure the recipient’s shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
